Nice to meet you
Spiritual MD, herbalist and consciousness researcher
Adi weaves together tools from the heavens and the earth — from the worlds of shamanism, healing and medicine, and from the ancient wisdom of medicinal plants. In sessions, workshops and ceremonies she guides people back to their inner listening: to the body, to emotion, and to the light that already lives within them.
Her approach is gentle and precise at once: listening to what the body is telling, working with plants as allies, and holding a safe space for deep, genuine change.
Why Adiantum?
Adiantum — the maidenhair fern — is a delicate fern that grows beside springs and waterfalls. Its Greek name means “unwetted”: drops of water roll off its leaves without leaving a trace.
That is the healing we seek: not hardening against life, but staying soft, open and alive — and letting what isn’t ours simply roll away.
Ways to work together

A deep relationship with medicinal plants, woven into the process — gentle, natural and steady support for body and soul.
Group spaces for growth: ceremonies through the wheel of the year, working with nature’s cycles, vision and manifestation — online and deep in the forest.
